For more than 26 years, Hongxing Hongda (BD) Two Win Technology Co., Ltd. has specialized in the R&D, advanced synthesis, and large-scale manufacturing of high-performance polymer emulsions, waterproofing systems, and functional chemical additives.

Founded in 2000, HXHD has expanded from an R&D-focused enterprise into an international chemical manufacturing group with multiple production campuses across China and a flagship USD 76.41 million facility in Bangladesh. We provide consistent, export-grade materials and direct technical formulation support to manufacturers worldwide.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Hongxing Hongda. Since 2000 we have grown from a research-led producer into an international manufacturing group, and the principle behind that growth has not changed: make the material right, batch after batch, and stand behind it. Our investment in Bangladesh reflects where we believe the next chapter of that work lies — close to the customers who build with what we make. Hongxing Hongda committed USD 76.41 M to build Hongxing Hongda (BD) Two Win Technology Co., Ltd. in the BEPZA Economic Zone, Mirsharai, Chattogram — a project expected to create 500+ local positions. The agreement was signed on 8 January 2024.
